What you will bring to the role

The appointment will contribute to the teaching and development of the discipline of Counselling, which has a focus on student success.

The right candidates will have

  • PhD or EdD in an area of study relevant to counselling
  • A proven record of tertiary teaching and education program development in counselling and / or coaching
  • Proven ability to supervise student research (Honours and PG)
  • Administrative and mentoring experience in teaching and research
  • Membership of relevant professional associations such as ICF, PACFA, and ACA

In addition, the right person will have success in delivering a student-centred learning experience via mixed modes and enthusiasm to prepare students to change lives and make a difference.
