Be part of teaching the future

This is a unique chance to be part of a pioneering development that will contribute to the well-being of Indonesia and the region. The establishment team will deliver enterprising postgraduate and post-professional education and develop research; both teaching and research will be applied locally in partnership and collaboration.

Monash Indonesia will be transdisciplinary, with overlap between its fields of specialisation. Teaching and research will be in the fields of business innovation, urban design, public health innovation, data science and public policy, in ways that are applied to critical local themes such as urban futures, sustainability and digitisation.

Monash Indonesia will be the first international university in Indonesia, and part of the global Monash campus network of campuses in Australia, Malaysia, China and India. Monash Indonesia campus is in a green technology precinct, collocated with an Apple Development Centre, a local telecommunications data centre, and other companies leading technology development and research.
